BREWPUB OPENING IN 2025 ~

Every beer we brew is inspired by good stories, curious myths and the strange truths that dot this part of the world. We are building a rooftop patio, a huge community brewpub with a lively, plant and music filled space and will have an outdoor space for all to gather.
We are planning to open our doors sometime between now and the Winter Solstice, so get ready for sandwiches and small bites that highlight the region and beers that take influence from the very best beer loving communities around the globe. All served with a side of Great Lake views.
It’s good to get a LittLe Lost
A hundred years ago...
It started with a sunken island.
Little Steamboat Island, 23 of the Apostles,
was swallowed by Lake Superior’s storm.
Now only a shoal remains, stubborn and unseen.
Rumor has it that, long ago, giant seagulls inhabited the island.
Some of them might have even been two-headed.
Have you ever heard of a two-headed seagull?
Yeah, we haven’t either. But we believe in legends.
