TAPROOM MANAGER / FRONT OF
HOUSE LEAD
Washburn, WI

We’re looking for a Taproom Manager to bring the front of the house to life and help us create an experience that feels as unforgettable as the conversations at our tables and the view from our windows.

THE VIBE:
Fast-casual service, beer-first menus, regional ingredients, South Shore grit, and a little irreverence. No stuffy table service here, just damn good beer, food, and company. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO:              

  • Be one of the key personalities of Lost Apostle — welcoming, present, and always engaged with guests.

  • Lead day-to-day taproom operations: scheduling, staffing, training, and keeping the energy high and the
    details tight.

  • Manage POS systems, cash handling, and reporting — eyes always on costs, margins, and efficiency.

  • Partner with the owner, brewers, and chef to ensure a seamless connection between the taproom, kitchen, and brewery floor.

  • Plan, organize, and help run events and live music nights, ensuring they feel on-brand and effortless.

  • Jump in wherever needed — behind the bar, on the floor, with retail — leading by example.

  • Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the building, representing the Lost Apostle spirit in the community.


MUST-HAVES:

  • Experience in bar, taproom, restaurant, or retail management (limited service/fast casual a plus).

  • Strong operational chops. Staffing, scheduling, inventory, cost control.

  • Natural host energy: approachable, outgoing, thrives on connecting with people.

  • Creative problem-solver. Your first instinct is “how can we make this work?”

  • A genuine love of craft beer, live music, the outdoors and hell yes, plants.

  • Comfortable working weekends and being on-site during peak hours.

HOURS:
Open daily 11 AM to 10 PM — expect hands-on weekends and evenings, especially as we get rolling.


COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • Starting salary: $50,000

  • Two weeks PTO

  • Profit sharing + benefits as we grow
